All pieces are created by hand, meaning no two pieces are the same. That’s the beauty of the product and adds character! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.
Please pay within 24 hours via PayPal. If you cannot pay within 24 hours, let me know when you are planning on completing your purchase, or I will need to cancel the sale.
US Buyers: I ship within two-seven business days (depending on stock and availability and after payment has been received) in the U.S. using Priority Mail and First Class. If you need your item in a hurry, please contact me right away, and I can get it out quicker.
I will also purchase a certificate of mailing.
Insurance is not included in the shipping costs. Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance, so that you are covered in case of loss or damage. Here is the additional insurance you can add to your order:

Shipping on international orders may take several weeks, depending on the country.
Refunds and Exchanges
You may return any item for store credit within 2 days of receipt of the package. You must contact me before you ship the item, and you must use delivery confirmation. Shipping must be covered by the buyer both ways.
I will need to require a 3.5% restocking fee on all returned items.
If an item has been grossly misrepresented, you may return it for another item, but you must contact me first.
NO cash refunds-merchandise exchange only of equal or lesser value.
